The Parañaque Way

The City of Parañaque keepts its fast-paced growth in the Philippine economy by having its own version of the "Build, Build, Build" development program of the Duterte Administration.

The city government has infused Php5 billion in infrastructure development in the last three years and another Php5 billion in the next five years to complement the National Goverment's huge investments in Parañaque and adjoining cities of a combined Php110 billion, to include the Southwest Integrated Terminal buses, the extension of the light rail transit (LRT) line from Baclaran to Cavite (five out of eight stations in the 12 km stretch are located in Parañaque), plus new office buildings planned at the old Casino Filipino complex property by NAIA Terminal 1, among others.

Parañaque - A Mega City By The Bay

Like most progressive cities in the world that are situated along major shorelines, the City of Parañaque has become the favorite place of many investors as evidenced by its growing commercial and business districts that have created new economic opportunities. No doubt, these major developments contribute to the city's march as an investment and tourism destination in the Asia Pacific.

Parañaque is home to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, world-class establishments such as City of Dreams, Solaire Resort and Casino, Okada Manila, and soon to open, Resorts World Manila Bayshore. The City also boasts of the busy hubs of Baclaran, SM Bicutan, SM Sucat, and SM BF.

Soon to rise is Ayala Groups's biggest mall in the Philippines along the SPecial Investment District to complement the overall development plan of the Entertainment City.

NAIAx

Parañaque is now more accessible with the NAIA Expressway and other infrastructure projects.

PITX

The PITX is a flagship project under the government's Build, Build, Build infrastructure program.

Cavite Extension
